      I love a good soak in a bath and also love the idea of reading or having a glass of wine but for a very long time I didn't have anything to put my book or glass on that I thought looked classy, but now I do!

      The original piece that launched the gorgeous brand, The Wood People, is this Traditional bath tray.  The unique design features subtle edges and a curved underside to prevent it damaging the bathtub or sliding off!

      Two sizes available:

      Large -  850 x 285mm

      Small -  700 x 240mm

      Made from Mango wood.

      Which Bath Tray will best suit my bath?

      Freestanding Bath - Large Traditional
      850 x 285mm
      As long as the inside of your freestanding bath is 770mm minimum (inner edge to inner edge), your tray will fit perfectly.

      Inset Bath - Small Traditional 

      700 x 240mm
      Designed to fit onto the baths in older houses, or the smaller freestanding baths.
      Same rule applies; if the measurement from inner edge to inner edge minimum 600mm, this bath tray will fit.


      Freestanding Bath - Contemporary (found in bathroom collection)
       855 x 285mm
      This bath tray has been designed to hug your bathtub and overhand on either side. It will not fit an inset bath.

      Each piece is water resistant, but it is still advised not to soak the wood. Avoid exposure to essential oils that can be found in body care products.

      With ethical and sustainable processes at the forefront of The Wood People, the choice to use mango wood was an important decision. With the strength and durability of other wood such as oak or pine, mango wood is a byproduct of farming mangos. The trees grow very quickly and once they no longer bear fruit, they are cut down and used as a sustainable source of timber worldwide.

      Our mango wood is sourced from India, meeting all ethical logging standards. The Wood People pride themselves in knowing the raw materials have been ethically sourced, with VRIKSH Certificates available for each range.

      These pieces were designed in Australia and The Wood People work hard with sustainable makers in India to create their pieces, each one is hand made with attention to detail and functionality in mind.

  • Stock Availability
    • Our furniture items are sent directly from our partner warehouses. We work very closely with them to understand stock availability, therefore if an item has a message "lead times may apply" this means there may be a lead time of 2 - 12 weeks. We do however highly recommend a pre-order as items can sell out prior to shipments arriving.  If you would like estimated lead times, shipping quotes or any other information please try the instant chat or click on the Get In Touch button and we will get back to you as soon as possible.  We also guarantee a full refund (within the week of purchase), if we contact you to advise the lead times are longer than expected.  Cranmore Home & Co quote an approximate lead time for the receipt of any orders based on information provided by their partner suppliers at time of purchase. Circumstances beyond our control, may cause disruptions and lead to a delay in your order being delivered on quoted lead times once an order is placed.  We will keep you as up to date as possible on any changes to estimated lead times.

      What we can promise is that we will ship all in-stock products from our Perth warehouse within 3 business days and in the case of bespoke or out-of-stock products, customers will be emailed as soon as possible with an estimated shipping date.  As we are an online business and many of our larger items are delivered directly from our suppliers, in this case we endeavour to ensure that our suppliers dispatch in-stock items within 5-10 business days. Delivery all depends on where it is coming from and where you live. We generally allow 7-14 days most metro areas and for many country locations, WA, NT & Tasmania please allow 2-3 weeksSome of our items are available for collection from our Perth warehouse and will have this information on the product page if available.

      NOTE: Due to COVID19 there may be delivery delays for in stock items from our suppliers that are out of our control. We would recommend adding an additional 5-7 days for dispatch as warehouses are currently inundated and 2 - 3 days to any delivery as a rough guide for items that are in stock. For pre-orders from suppliers with stock coming from international manufacturers please keep in mind, the current worldwide increase in demand and restrictions for international ocean freight container exports.  This is affecting supply chains extensively and sometimes lead time extensions are out of our control. 


      Orders over $2000 are free for areas within 25km of most major metro cities around Australia (Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth). Free shipping is not applicable to trade orders). For areas outside of these cities with orders over $2000 we will provide a delivery quote on request or will apply additional charges after checkout if required.  All other items have a flat fee ranging from $5 - $250 for metro areas throughout Australia and this will be applied at checkout if required. For regional areas throughout Australia or for some super heavy/bulky/fragile items you may incur an additional fee, this will be advised after checkout, prior to dispatch if required.       Pricing and Availability

      Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of resuming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Where applicable, prices are inclusive of GST. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.

We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fill any orders that you may place based on information on the service that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies.

  • Complimentary Gift Wrapping
    • We love to help you send gifts to the ones you love.  If your order is a gift, please follow these steps:

      1. Make sure the shipping address is for the person you are sending the gift to, and the billing address has your details. Also the email provided will receive the order confirmation, invoice and tracking details, so make sure this is your email too!

      2. In the notes section at checkout, please add your personal message and we will ensure that this is gift wrapped and a hand written note is sent.

      4. Please note gift wrapping is only available for our smaller items. As you can imagine we can't really gift wrap a couch ... as much as we would love too.
