Cranmore Home will endevour to ship all in-stock products within three business days.
In the case of bespoke or out-of-stock products, customers will be emailed with an estimated shipping date.
Please keep in mind that Cranmore Home is happily based in regional Western Australia. This adds one extra day for parcels being delivered by Australia Post and freight companies.
All items will be gift wrapped, except large furniture items.
If you wish to send a gift directly to the recipient, Cranmore Home will happily attach a gift card with your personalised message.
Where a product sold by Cranmore Home is:
2. Not suitable for the purpose for which it was stated to be used; or
3. as otherwise stated by Law;
then on provision of the relevant item and your receipt Cranmore Home will provide a refund, replace or repair the item as appropriate.
Where a design service is provided to you by Cranmore Home, we will undertake the service with due care and skill and within a reasonable time frame where no specific time period is agreed with you. Where you are not happy with the service provided, Cranmore Home may fix any minor problems and in the case of a major problem, then you may be entitled to cancel the services and request a refund or where the services have already been provided, request a reduction in the price of the services.
If you simply change your mind about a purchase or service provided by Cranmore Home, then you will not be entitled to a refund of any kind.
