FLOOR RUG | husk weave in ink by armadillo + co
Please note - There can be up to a 6 week lead time on our rugs
Armadillo + Co have just introduced the new HUSK weave and it is seriously amazing...
With the newest addition to their Earth rugs, Armadillo & Co once again places emphasis on the innate beauty to be found in contrasting textures. Hand crafted from natural fibres, the new Husk weave alternates rows of hemp loops with those of cut wool pile. The design is based on traditional Indo-Nepali weaving and results in subtle patterning and a generous, plush pile that feels wonderfully soft underfoot.
The hard-wearing Husk weave is ideally suited for contemporary family life, perfect for families as it’s made to the last and the marled tones work well to hide minor spills and marks. The rug’s neutral colourways have the ability to be incorporated into today’s interiors. Depending on the placement, the complementary or contrasting tones can add calm or drama to a room. As with all Armadillo & Co rugs, the Husk weave is crafted in India to sustainable and fair production practices.

Size - Can vary by +/- 3%.
Colour - Rugs are made from natural fibres. Every effort is made to ensure there is minimal colour variation however some variation can be expected.
Shedding - Natural fibre rugs will initially shed loose fibres, which can be hastened by regular vacuuming.
All cut pile rugs will exhibit light and dark patches over time, as the fibres bend and reflect the light differently.
Pop ups - Due to the nature of weaving, there will be short fibres popping up while the rug settles. These can be trimmed or pushed through.
