Refunds and Claims 

Where a product sold by Cranmore Home is:

      • Faulty;
      • Not suitable for the purpose for which it was stated to be used in the product description on the website; or
      • as otherwise stated by Law;

then on provision of the relevant item and your receipt Cranmore Home will replace or repair in the first instance, and then provide a refund if deemed appropriate. 

Please note that we work with many suppliers that all have different refund and exchange terms which we need to abide by. In some cases they will ask for photographic evidence of faults for a claim to then be assessed.

Please ensure if you have an issues that you let us know within 7 days of the item/s being delivered. Any later than this timing and we may be unable to refund or submit a claim.

Where a design service is provided to you by Cranmore Home, we will undertake the service with due care and skill and within a reasonable time frame where no specific time period is agreed with you. Where you are not happy with the service provided, Cranmore Home may fix any minor problems and in the case of a major problem, then you may be entitled to cancel the services and request a refund or where the services have already been provided, request a reduction in the price of the services.

If you simply change your mind about a purchase or service provided by Cranmore Home, then you will not be entitled to a refund of any kind.

 

Privacy

Cranmore Home is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information we collect in relation to you is kept strictly secured. 

We only use your information to identify your orders, provide you with our newsletter (if you have subscribed) and personalise your shopping experience with us.

We do NOT pass on any of your personal details.
