Terms & Conditions for Homeware Hire Service

By accepting an order with Cranmore Home & Co for the Homewares Hire Service you are agreeing to the below;

This service is currently for Perth, WA Interior Trade only. If we get national interest we will consider opening the service to other states.

The length of hire is 2-3 days unless arranged separately with Cranmore Home & Co.

The items will be delivered on day 1 and picked up on day 3.

Delivery and pick up is a fixed rate of $35 for Perth metro for homewares.  A flat fee of $120 will be charged if larger items require delivery. If you require items for outside of Perth Metro this can be arranged separately with Cranmore Home & Co and quoted accordingly.

Items must be booked for hire 2 weeks in advance of the project. Last minute requests will be looked at on a case by case basis.  This also allows us to source new items for the project and hire service if not in stock.

All items are subject to availability at time of quoting. They will only be confirmed once order is confirmed and paid.

A late fee of $5 a day will be incurred if items are not returned by the confirmed pickup/drop off date.

Any damages incurred within the hire period will incur a replacement fee of the piece damaged.  This will be the wholesale price for replacement of the item.

Items can be purchased at a discounted trade rate after use if requested.

Delivery insurance is covered by Cranmore Home & Co and if damaged in transit you must notify Cranmore Home & Co immediately and provide a photo.

All items are to be used for styling purposes only.
