• Delivery and Packaging

  • Cranmore Home will endeavour to ship all in-stock products within three business days. In the case of bespoke or out-of-stock products, customers will be emailed with an estimated shipping date. Please keep in mind that Cranmore Home is based in Western Australia. This can add a few extra days for parcels being delivered by Australia Post and freight companies. Gift wrapping If you wish your item to be gift wrapped please indicate this at checkout. If you wish to send a gift directly to the recipient, Cranmore Home will attach a gift card with your personalised message. Shipping Charges Most light weight items under 6kgs are FREE delivery Australia wide unless they are fragile and require special shipping requirements. Other shipping charges will apply based on weight especially for large or fragile items. This will be added at the checkout and are calculated as a flat fee ranging from $15 - $100. • Returns Policy

  • Cranmore Home does not provide refunds. Where a product sold by Cranmore Home is: Faulty; Not suitable for the purpose for which it was stated to be used in the product description on the website; or as otherwise stated by Law; then on provision of the relevant item and your receipt Cranmore Home will replace your item(s) in the first instance or if deemed appropriate provide a store credit. Please note that we work with many suppliers that all have different credit and exchange terms which we need to abide by. In some cases they will ask for photographic evidence of faults for a claim to then be assessed. Please ensure if you have an issue that you let us know within 7 days of the item/s being delivered. Any later than this timing and we may be unable to submit a claim. Please also ensure that items are in original packaging otherwise there could be a ''return fee'' applied for the delivery. Where a design service is provided to you by Cranmore Home, we will undertake the service with due care and skill and within a reasonable time frame where no specific time period is agreed with you. Where you are not happy with the service provided, Cranmore Home may fix any minor problems and in the case of a major problem, then you may be entitled to cancel the services and request a refund or where the services have already been provided, request a reduction in the price of the services. If you simply change your mind about a purchase or service provided by Cranmore Home, then you will not be entitled to a replacement or credit of any kind.
